Boothbay Harbor: Just 5 miles from downtown Boothbay Harbor, indulge in the coastal charm, explore eclectic shops, savor delicious seafood, and embark on boat tours for a true maritime experience.  
  
After booking, you’ll receive a message prompting you to complete a short verification process through our guest portal, powered by Enso Connect. As part of this step, you’ll have the option to either purchase a low-cost damage waiver or provide a refundable security deposit. This is required to finalize your reservation and helps protect both you and the property during your stay.  
  
IMPORTANT:  
To ensure peace of mind during your stay, we offer two options for damage protection: a small, one-time non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver (our most convenient and guest-preferred option) or a fully refundable Security Deposit, returned after your stay if no damage is reported.
