Comfortable with all the essentials to entertain teenager. The code we were given did not work, place was overgrown , but landscapers quickly showed up when we arrived. It would have been nice to have some flower or something other than weeds. We were unable to watch movie or news, cable would freeze up after we turned on. No instruction on how to navigate tv system. Bedding was comfortable, plenty towels. Hot tub was great and hot. Nice view. Navigating eaglesnest was not easy. It was difficult finding ATV rental and hiking trails. But end the end we found our way around. I would come back, when tv / cable fixed. ##### Ann W. The property itself has a lot of options. There were some issues though. We discovered a bathroom leak, but it was fixed by Monday (we arrived on Saturday). The water in that bathroom was actually shut off so I think someone knew about the leak but did not fix it until we complained about it upon our arrival. The other issue was that the blinds in the main floor bedroom were broken and could not be open so the beautiful view was completely blocked. It's hard to believe that no one knew about this and failed to fix it before our arrival. The couple in that bedroom had no view whatsoever, which was disappointing because the views from this house are great. Also, the TV by the hot tub was not functional either. It would have been fun to watch TV while using the hot tub. When we complained about these issues the management company was great. They tried to fix everything but could only fix the leak and not the other issues. Spacious and cozy, great layout, game room was incredible! This townhome had all we needed and more! It exceeded expectations. The layout was great for my extended family to come spend time together. The house was beautifully decorated to the very last detail. All bedrooms were spacious. Our kids had a blast utilizing the downstairs game room. The arcade was a huge hit, along with the pool table. The indoor ball court room kept them entertained for hours! Perfect to get energy out:) We enjoyed the hot tub and both level porches. The kitchen had everything we needed for every meal. The resort is absolutely breathtaking. We never left Eagle’s Nest and had more than enough to do both inside and outside the home for multiple days! The home is also conveniently located near the Great Camp which also had tons of activities to enjoy. My only tip would be bunk beds are on the bottom floor alone with no other bedroom, so just ensure your littles are good sleeping away from parents. Ours were old enough to and did fine, but just a heads up:) It was a fabulous house and a great blessing for our family to spend time together.
