There was also a bottle under the couch left from a previous guest so it felt as if the home had not been thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival.All of the beds/frames were incredibly loud - we had a family with children staying in the bunk room and every time someone rolled over, all of the creaks and noises woke everyone else up. The master bed was the same way. Just something to be aware of if you’re planning on more than one person in these rooms as it was very disruptive to our stay. ##### Megan K. We needed a place that would allow our pup and that the location was somewhat close to the University. This little place fit the bill. We loved the heated floors in the bathrooms. The beds slept very comfortably and the kitchen had all the items we needed. We have our own VRBO, so expectations are always high and this little cottage met all the criteria with flying colors! They keep it set at 50\. Good thing we could jump in hot tub when we got there! Good location for tubing at Hawksnest. Area did have a lot of college students.
