While it is an older cabin, it was very clean and had everything we needed. The only negative is the driveway but after going up and down the sloped drive it was a piece of cake. It was just far enough out of town where we had peace and quiet in the wood but near enough to everything to where it wasn't a drive. I do wish the electronics in the building were a little more updated.
