Best location in all of Boone, you can walk to all of downtown amd beyond.The house is big..10 foot ceilings..hardwood floors. Just note, the bathrooms have small showers. Big dining room and lots of space. Beds are comfortable. One big drawback is road/traffic noise as you are on the main drag. I slept in the back bedroom and traffic noise was still loud. Other drawback is back bedroom window is on the side that adjoins a neighboring property and at night their headlights illuminate the bedroom immensely.
