Discover this magnificent villa near Bonnieux, in the heart of the Luberon, with swimming pool, for a unique holiday.  
Located on a wooded plot of 4255 m², a few minutes away from the center of the charming village of Bonnieux, this completely renovated dry stone house of 260 m² consists of 5 bedrooms, a dormitory and 5 bathrooms.  
  
The house is composed at the ground floor of:  
 \- Very well equipped kitchen  
\- Large dining room  
\- Lobby with table football, overlooking a lovely patio with fountain  
\- Spacious living room with flat screen and large sofa, access to the garden  
\- Bedroom 1 en suite with air-conditioning: double bed 160x200cm, wardrobe, closet, shower room with walk-in shower, 1 washbasin. This room has access to the outside  
\- Bedroom 2 en suite air-conditioned: very bright and spacious for a family of 4: double bed 160x200cm and 2 single beds 90x200cm, wardrobe, shower room, 1 washbasin and toilet. This room has access to the outside  
\- Bedroom 3 en suite air-conditioned: double bed 160x200cm, separate dressing room, shower room, 1 washbasin  
\- Laundry room  
\- Shower room, 1 washbasin and toilet  
  
Upstairs:  
\- Bedroom 4 air-conditioned: double bed 160x200cm, chest of drawers, closet.  
\- Bedroom 5 dormitory en suite: 3 single beds 90x200cm, chest of drawers, shower room, 2 washbasins, toilet. This room is not air-conditioned.  
\- Bedroom 6 air-conditioned: double bed 140x200cm, separate dressing room.  
Bedroom 4, 5 and 6 have access to a common terrace overlooking the Luberon

 Comprising a superb terrace and a 12x5m swimming pool, the house offers a beautiful, quiet environment in an idyllic setting for holidays in total serenity. The garden, nicely raised and completely closed is wooded with oaks.  
  
FURTHER INFORMATION:  
\- Pets not allowed  
\- The swimming pool is open from mid-April to the end of October  
\- Heated pool on request, without extra charge. There is no shutter, the water temperature depends on weather conditions.  
\- Final cleaning, linens, towels and pool towels are provided  
\- Linen change for stays of 2 consecutive weeks  
\- Possibility of charging an electric vehicle outdoors using a domestic power socket (+35€/week)  
\- 51 km from Gare Avignon TGV+ Eurostar, 68 km from Marseille-Provence Airport  
\- The tourist tax is calculated per night and per adult according to the rental price
