### Charming apartment with river view, WiFi and parking

This 30 m² apartment is located on the first floor of the owners' house, on the banks of the Thérain River.  
You enter on the ground floor into a games room with a foosball table and a view of the old mill wheel.  
  
The cottage is located upstairs and enjoys a panoramic view of the Thérain River.  
You have a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, stove with oven and hob, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, washing machine), a living room with a sofa bed and a TV (110 cm), a small bedroom for 2 people (140 x 190 cm bed), and a bathroom (shower 0.85 x 1.18 cm) with a toilet and a vanity (hairdryer).  
  
In the garden (shared with the owners), you can enjoy the sound of the water while relaxing on the terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue.  
  
Parking is available in the courtyard in front of the cottage. Beds made upon arrival. Linens, towels, electricity, heating, and end-of-stay cleaning are included.  
Fiber Internet access. "Le Cadre" is located in the village of Bonnières, in a peaceful and relaxing setting on the banks of the river.  
Come discover this former mill, where the owners have created a cozy apartment, and relax in a truly relaxing atmosphere.  
  
The cottage is located 2.5 km from Milly-sur-Therain, where you will find all the shops (restaurants, 24-hour pizza vending machine, bakery, deli, mini-market, Friday morning market) and the train station (Paris-Beauvais - Le Tréport line, etc.).
