Enjoy boating, fishing, swimming, water skiing, and all that the lake has to offer. Bonnie Dawn is ideally set up for multiple families with four bedrooms, two bathrooms and two living areas. The downstairs living area/games room area will give you plenty of space to relax and enjoy your next getaway. The lovely deck is perfectly positioned to allow you to relax & unwind while the BBQ sizzles away and provides you with postcard views. In the warmer months, wander down to the water’s edge and have fun in the sun knowing that you will come back to a cool home once the evaporative cooling kicks in! And in winter keep cosy indoors by relaxing on the couch by the crackling of the wood fire reading a book or watching a movie.... Or take the kids and toast some marshmallows down by the designated fire pit \*conditions apply If you winter getaway is a trip to the snow Bonnie Dawn is approximately 30-40 minutes to the Mt Buller Entry Gates! It has direct lake frontage and great views onto and over Lake Eildon. For those that are into boating this house was perfect to operate from. We moored our boat off the bank and operated from the house all weekend. With the lake at 75% it was a short walk down to the water.The house is very well equip with great cooking facilities and all the crockery and utensils you could possibly need.The outdoor BBQ and Fire-pit is sensational.Not a negative word to be said. However, there was a minor discrepancy in the listing that needs to be addressed. The listing described the downstairs bed as a queen bed, but upon arrival, we found it to be bunk beds with two single beds. While this didn't negatively impact our stay, it was disappointing because if we had known about the bunk beds beforehand, my children would have been more excited about that setup. Clear and accurate descriptions are crucial for guests to have the right expectations. Despite this, the owner was easy to contact and very responsive, which we appreciated. Additionally, the lake view from the property was truly beautiful. Although the property was generally clean, there were areas where cleanliness could have been improved. Having free WiFi would have been a great addition, especially considering the price point ☺️. The location was convenient, and our overall experience was enjoyable. ##### Sui Len Z.
