Hôtel 3*très agréable d’un style classique avec une magnifique vue sur le lac et la piscine qui change des Hotels de chaîne habituels Chambre avec deux lits confortables et une salle de bains spacieuse et rénovée avec douche et baignoire Bien placé à 1h des Everglades, à peu près pareil de Sanibel Island et à 2h15 de l’aéroport de Miami

Accueil à peine correct d'une jeune femme piercée à outrance sur le visage et tatouée, ce qui pose question sur la classe de l'hôtel. Après questions sur le fait que pas de ménage en revenant le soir on arrive à comprendre le lendemain que le ménage n'est fait que si demandé : mais c'est écrit nulle part. La veille de partir on ne demande rien exprès pour ne pas tout planquer mais en rentrant les femmes de ménage étaient passées 🤔 Sinon on a eu un balcon et pas un patio ! Donc impossible d'être en extérieur. Point fort pour les adeptes la piscine est chauffée Ensemble satisfaisant malgré tout 🙂

Le meilleur hôtel que nous avons eu durant notre road trip de 2 semaines en Floride. La literie est top, l'hôtel est propre, calme, l'environnement est beau, vraiment pratique au niveau de l'emplacement pour visiter Naples et les alentours

Chambres trop humides car pas de ménage
L’hôtel se trouve en face d’un petit centre avec des restaurants et petits magasins mais à part ça il n’y a pas grande chose à faire à part du golf. C’est dommage que, avec le prétexte du Covid (pourtant ici à Miami presque personne s’en soucie, pas de masques, pas de demande de certificat de vaccination, etc) ils ne nettoient pas les chambres tous les jours. Nos chambres étaient trop humides, elles ne sentaient pas bon, même les mouchoirs étaient humides. Le ménage tous les jours aurait certainement empêché tout ça. A ces conditions, je ne retournerait pas

Fabulous dining onsite. Staff are friendly and efficient. Quinn at the front desk noticed my arm was in a cast and offered to assist me with my luggage. Wow! A refreshing change 😊 I'll be back.

It's a lovely property. The only thing is, the better restaurant closes at 8:00, and the outside bar closes promptly at 9:00. The inside bar is never open at night.

We had a wonderful stay. Very nice room. We loved our full balcony! ( called to ask to reserve a full balcony) Right across the street is an awesome deli/bakery for your morning breakfast! We would definitely recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay. Quiet and a little older crowd Lakehouse cafe was ok, used a coupon but all they did was tack on a higher gratuity charge which negates the discount, very deceiving AC in room was great, spacious bathroom, very nice property. Would stay here again

One representative at front desk had an attitude other the her attitude everyone else was extremely helpful to the parking valet who helped us find a car wash for not too pricy. The parking spaces were hard to find but other than that the place the area and the people were wonderful except for that one.

We enjoyed the grounds and amenities, restaurants etc. We did not like that everything closes very early. There are no options for food after 9pm on a Saturday???

Beautiful small hotel nestled handily in Bonita Bay, with picturesque landscaping and waterways. Conveniently located near good restaurants, shopping and coffee shops. Easy access, easy check in and comfortable rooms. Would definitely this reasonably priced hotel!
