The host was very responsive, the house was so well stocked to make our stay comfortable and it was even more beautiful than in the photos. The sunsets were breathtaking. Such good seashell finds. We even saw sea urchin and sea stars, and the most exciting was that we saw dolphins every day! The home is located directly on the beach, which made everything so easy — no packing up the family and trekking from a public access point. The beach was literally just steps from the door!The sunsets were breathtaking every evening, and the fully equipped kitchen made meal prep a breeze, allowing us to spend more time together. Everyone enjoyed the pool, the incredible views (we even spotted dolphins!), and relaxing beach strolls.The kids had a blast collecting sand dollars, and the whole trip was the perfect balance of fun and relaxation. The pictures don’t do it justice. We had a wonderful time and would 100% book with Arlan and Collier Global again. The house was in a beautiful neighborhood and felt very safe. The key coded doors on the house gave us a sense of extra security too. The pool was amazing and the beach was a a chip shot from the pool!! We (my partner and family) opted to make a week out of a wedding weekend we were invited to and landed on this house for seven adults and three kids (6, 4, and 2yo). The pool beach access kept the kids busy and happy all day long. The house was well equipped to keep the adults content and happy - we made a lot of meals at home. The kitchen was great but there was also a grill on the main level plus a lower level kitchen with outdoor grill and prep space. Made it very easy to not have to go up and down stairs to grab things from the main kitchen when hanging at the pool. THE VIEWS are to die for - sunsets were right behind the house. Hanging in the kitchen and looking out at the water felt like you were actually on a boat. All rooms have VERY comfortable beds and modern baths.The location is perfect as you are not on a super busy road but very convenient to restaurants, grocery, shopping etc. Communication with the owner/company was great. From the time I was asking questions prior to our actual stay, responses were immediate. (We had a minor issue with the hot tub and the owner/company was at the house immediately to correct.)We can’t wait to come back to Bonita and will definitely be staying at Sunset Beach again!
