It was freezing inside from a 3 day cold snap prior to my arrival. Had to look around for space heaters which took hours to warm the rooms. Got into an ice cold bed the first night. Still chilly next morning. There was a problem with the hot water. Furniture was uncomfortable and needed to be rearranged to see TV. We enjoyed the screened-in front porch for morning coffee and the back outdoor dining area for lunch. There were thoughtful little touches like toilet paper in the shape of a rose that my 4 year old keeps talking about! Only complaint is the master bed, a little uncomfortable and noisy bed frame each time you move around, and sheets were very stiff. Otherwise, loved our stay!! About 10 minutes from the beach. Bonita Springs was once a very nice small town in Southwest FL but not anymore. This house is located in a not so good looking neighborhood. It backs up to a walk way park with a bridge that connects park with street in front of house. There is lots of walking traffic right next to house. The cleanliness was not good either. If you have visitors there is no couch or sofa in living room. I highly recommend paying the extra money and stay in Naples. We have never been disappointed leasing there and you are in a much safer area too. ##### Jason T.
