Experience Bonita Springs/Estero like a local in this 2-bedroom condo. This beautiful property features 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and a cozy living room with a sofa bed. Enjoy the serene surroundings and modern amenities like AC, WiFi, and a fitness room. With 2 bathrooms equipped with showers, guests will feel right at home. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our welcoming condo.  
  
Location, Location! This beautiful apartment is situated in one of the most desirable areas of Bonita Springs, right across from Coconut Point Mall. You’ll be within walking distance of top restaurants, banks, Publix, CVS, the Apple Store, gas stations, a cinema, and a variety of clothing stores. The apartment has been recently renovated and is fully furnished with brand-new furniture. It features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a recently purchased washer and dryer, and an espresso machine for your morning coffee needs. This stunning community is just minutes away from the beach.  
  
The apartment is located in a gated community governed by an association that requires any guest wishing to rent to submit an application at least 30 days before the check-in date, a lease agreement and requires compliance with community rules. The association will conduct a background check on every adult guest as part of the application process and require a lease agreement.
