Welcome to Your Dream Vacation Home at Bonita National Golf & Country Club  
Escape to this luxurious single-family home in one of Bonita Springs' newest and most prestigious golfing communities. Nestled on a tranquil street surrounded by lakes, this stunning retreat boasts 3 spacious bedrooms, a den, and 3 full bathrooms, offering plenty of room for family and friends. The community offers an array of modern amenities, including Har-Tru tennis courts, lap pool, a resort-style pool with waterfall, heated spa, and spacious deck with plenty of seating and lounging areas. Guests can also enjoy multiple dining and bar options, catering to both formal and casual preferences.  
  
THE LAYOUT  
From the moment you step inside the inviting foyer, you'll notice the impeccable attention to detail and luxurious finishes throughout. The thoughtfully designed layout and high-end features make this space feel both welcoming and sophisticated. The heart of the home features an open-concept layout, perfect for entertaining family and guests. The kitchen boasts white cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, pantry, and an island with seating for four. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishware, cookware and small appliances for all your culinary needs. Adjacent, the dining area comfortably seats five people. The family room provides cozy seating, a large smart TV, and sliding doors leading to your private outdoor oasis.   
  
Located at the back of the home with water views, the spacious primary bedroom suite is a tranquil retreat with a king bed and sliding doors leading directly to the lanai. The large ensuite bathroom features dual vanities, a glass walk-in shower, soaking tub, and ample walk-in closet space. First guest suite is down the hall offering a queen bed, full bathroom with walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has two twin beds, ideal for visiting younger guests. The adjacent full bathroom has a combination shower/tub. Open the French doors into the den/study with desk, ideal for the executive that needs an occasional break from the recreation to get some work done. Study also has a pullout, queen-sized sofa to accommodate additional guests.   
Stay connected and stream your favorite apps with high speed wifi internet throughout the house. TVs are located in the main living room, primary bedroom suite and den/study.   
Just step outside of the living room and enjoy your private amenities in your outdoor oasis. Heated pool and hot tub waiting for your enjoyment. Relax with your favorite drink in the sun loungers and umbrella. Plenty of seating in the shade or under the Florida sunshine with the large table or outdoor sofa and chairs. Get your backyard barbeque underway with the gas grill.

As a guest of Bonita National Golf & Country Club, you'll have access to an array of top-tier amenities. This home can accommodate up to 8 guests with a bedding configuration as follows:

• 1st Guest Bedroom: Queen (1), Street View – Sleeps 2  
• 2nd Guest Bedroom: Twin Bed (2), Street View – Sleeps 2  
• Den/Study: Queen Sofa Bed (2), Street View – Sleeps 2
