Beach Gear, Wi-Fi & Over $100 Free Daily Activities! Roof repairs on buildings 1, 2 & 3 are taking place with an estimated completion time of December 31, 2025\. The estimated completion time is not guaranteed and subject to change as per unexpected contractor and/or weather delays. While our area continues to rebuild from the impacts of recent hurricanes, and though our paradise may look a bit different than it once did, our beaches are beautiful and accessible right across the street from this condo. The sun continues to shine and brings with it spectacular sunsets to savor and new memories to be made. Although ongoing renovations are taking place throughout Bonita Beach and Fort Myers Beach - local shops and restaurants continue to reopen and welcome your support with a visit to our area! Due to damage from the previous hurricanes, work is still being done to restore the grounds, atriums and landscaping. Occasional daytime noise is possible. The tennis courts are currently closed, but two temporary pickleball courts are available. Step inside this Bonita Beach studio condo, take one look at the view from your 10th floor balcony, and you won't want to leave! Whether traveling alone or with someone special, this condo provides the perfect getaway to our little piece of heaven. With a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico, the entire living space is awash with Florida sunlight in the day and the dazzling sunset at night. Packed with many extras you'd expect in a much larger space the condo is exceptionally clean, well maintained, and comes with just about everything you need to enjoy your visit to our tropical paradise beach town! The studio floorplan boasts an open kitchen, dining bar, living space, and partially divided sleeping area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics to make meal preparation and dining enjoyable during your stay. The living area includes large, oversized leather reclining furniture and a wall mounted large screen TV, with cable package. The full glass sliding doors in the living area open to the screen enclosed balcony. On the balcony you'll find a pair of comfortable club style chairs - perfect for quiet days and evenings enjoying a drink, overlooking the Gulf. The studio has been creatively divided with a partial privacy wall separating the living area from the sleeping space. There is a wall mounted TV with cable programming so you may enjoy TV in bed and you will enjoy a peaceful night's sleep in the king-size bed with hotel quality linens. The full bathroom comes with a oversized, fully tiled walk-in shower. All bed linens, bath, kitchen and beach towels are included. Free WiFi is available throughout the condo. A beach umbrella, beach chairs and drink cooler are included with this unit. Your stay at this vacation condo includes free parking so you can easily walk to the beach. Please note, RV or Trailor parking is NOT PERMITTED. Bonita Beach and Tennis Club offers 2 elevators servicing each building, community "pay per load" laundry facility in buildings 1, 3 and 5, and is a close walk to the sands of Bonita Beach and all its amenities including wave runners, paddle boarding, kayaking, etc. Your stay at this vacation condo also includes free parking so you can walk to the beach, cable TV and free unlimited Wi-Fi. We really enjoyed the condo and the beach but there were some odd things. Our main question would be is seeing there has been no reviews since 2022 were we the first rental since hurricane Ian? We now notice that the listing is currently different than what it was 6-8 weeks ago whenever this unit was booked. Seemed like it had an old listing and has since been updated. I would recommend anyone to see the 3 smaller paragraphs about the construction and the repair from the hurricane. If your someone like us that enjoy using the amenities (pool, hot tub, tennis courts) it was a little disappointing to see all those items closed or in disarray. Check in was a little odd, the information from the property manager had the incorrect unit number in the heading. That mixed in with door being unlocked due to dead batteries in the lock left a lot of uncertainty. Before entering we went back down to check the building number and reviewed the emails and realized a different unit number was referenced below in the email. Just a couple of other things like the office being open different times than what was relayed, one lock box for the only pickleball court with a net you had to put up every time that we didn’t know about for a handful of days, no place to wash your sandy feet, and the Cable didn’t work that well. The unit has the ability to be exceptional and we really hope it can get back there. ##### Zack M. It was clean but just plain and average. So if fancy pools with waterfalls and tropical plants and cabanas are your thing, this isn’t your place. If it’s beach and view then this is the place!! My wife and I are fancy pool people, but we still really liked this room. Full kitchen too if you like to make your own food. Also wanted to mention the balcony had two nice big rocker/swivel chairs with cushions. Very nice touch as you will likely spend a lot of time out there enjoying the view. This is a great room for a couple. The apartment is very good located, beautiful view and the beach access just across the street. Only thing was a noise because pressure washer cleaning, and some painting repairs. One chair on balcony was broke. The bathroom is in need up updating and better cleaning. The cabinet doors in bathroom were broke. The shower curtain was gross and the rod was covered in rust. The bedroom was nice and having 2 TV's was great. The 3/4 wall separating the bedroom and living room was also nice.
