Location is great, just minutes from the beach. Unfortunately the hot tub was out of service while we were there. We did a lot of cooking at the condo and would have liked for seasonings and oil to be stocked. We stayed at a VRBO last Christmas that had all the basics stocked so maybe we were just spoiled. Floors and couches were a little dirty. Overall though very comfortable and functional. It was nice to have lots of parking space too. ##### Torie L.
