Barefoot Bonita, a vacation beach house steps away from white sands and the ocean breeze as well as the bay, is the perfect two story stilt home for you and loved ones to soak up the Florida sun. Drive down a quiet road off of Hickory Boulevard to reach this Little Hickory Island destination. Enjoy sunrise or sunset with the bay practically in your backyard! Stunning views of the water and skyline are seen throughout the home. Two primary bedrooms (king beds) & en-suite bathrooms are located on the main level of the home. Screened in second story lanai & open-air deck offer plenty of space to dine and relax outdoors while enjoying the perfect view. Bonus area in the unfurnished downstairs with two additional roll-away beds. \*\*\*Note for Peak Season; Feb and March rentals can only be booked if the previous time-frame has been booked\*\*\* Common owned area at the east bay-end of the street with boat ramp for pontoon boats (shallow), two docks and bench. Perfect spot to watch dolphins play while drinking your morning coffee. Just cross Hickory Blvd for beach access #3 to enjoy the sugar white sand of the Gulf. Plenty of on-site parking for cars and boat. This home is at walking distance to Doc's Beach House with beach and watersport rentals and famous Coconut Jack's Waterfront Grille.
