While our area continues to rebuild from the impacts of recent hurricanes and though our paradise may look a bit different than it once did, our beaches are beautiful and accessible right across the street from this condo. The sun continues to shine and brings with it spectacular sunsets to savor and new memories to be made. Ongoing renovations are taking place throughout Bonita Beach and Fort Myers Beach - local shops and restaurants continue to reopen and welcome your support with a visit to our area! Due to damage from the previous hurricanes, work is still being done to restore the grounds, atriums and landscaping. Occasional daytime noise is possible. The tennis courts are currently closed, but two temporary pickleball courts are available. Bonita Beach and Tennis Club is a popular address for visitors to Southwest Florida's Gulf Beaches! This cozy studio condo provides a great home base for your beach vacation; up to 4 guests can enjoy all the benefits of this fantastic location, and the comforts provided by the owner for a memorable beach getaway! In this beautifully remodeled studio condo you will enjoy: 500+ square feet of studio space, including an open concept living, dining, kitchen and sleeping area. A full bathroom, walk-in closet and fully screened 5th floor balcony complete the unit. Living area includes a queen sleeper sofa, club chair, smart TV with community provided cable package and sliding glass doors with Plantation shutters opening to the screened balcony. The balcony has 2 lounge chairs with ottomans to relax and enjoy a side view of the Gulf and a view of the Barefoot Beach community. A sleeping space with king bed, dresser, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, night stands & lamps. Beautiful bathroom with extended vanity and walk-in shower. Remodeled full kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, stove, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, dinnerware, glasses and cutlery provided. A table and chairs for 4 completes the kitchen space. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the condo. All bed linens, bath and pool/beach towels are included. Beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler are included. Keyless entry for check-in and no keys to keep track of during your stay. Common area pay-per use laundry facilities are located in building 1,3 & 5\. This unit is in building 5. Your stay at this vacation condo includes free parking so you can easily walk to the beach. Please note, RV or Trailor parking is NOT PERMITTED. The condo complex is close distance to 3 award winning state preserve beaches including Barefoot Beach, Wiggins Pass and Lover's Key. Naples, Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva Island, and all of the neighboring communities offer dining, shopping, water sports, wildlife, cultural, and sporting events for your southwest Florida vacation. This condo is the perfect getaway, yet close to all the pleasures Southwest Florida has to offer. This property is approximately 23 miles from RSW International Airport. This 5 building complex is a walk across the street from Bonita Beach. No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property; this includes the condo and balcony. I didn’t like the door opening to the outside, but that is what most units in the area are. ##### Fritz S. Walk to the beach, Coconut Jacks, Docs…awesome!! Amenities inside the apartment are great!! The rental company was extremely responsive. However, the apartment is loaded with mold. You can smell it upon entering. I had hoped it was maybe because it was closed up for a while so we slept with the door open the first night to air it out. This didn’t help and my daughter needed to use her rescue inhaler multiple times a day when we were in the unit including the middle of the night. I contacted the rental agency and they dropped off a dehumidifier and assured me that unit was just recently fully refurbished so everything in there is newer. The smell got slightly better but it did not improve my daughter’s asthma. We slept with the door open every night which was a problem when it dropped to the 40s. Then my daughter noticed the mold…on the kitchen chairs AND all over the AC unit. We had the AC running on the warmer days when we weren’t in the unit. As soon as we saw this we stopped. This is a major health concern so I would caution anyone renting this unit to ensure the mold issue is corrected before renting it. I have no idea if this is related but I have occasional vertigo. My vertigo kicked in our first night and is still an issue today (our last day). My son’s psoriasis is worse than it’s been in months. The condo was clean and had everything I needed. The location, directly across the street from Bonita Beach was perfect. The check-in process was easy and worked well. My one suggestion is to bring your own pillows if possible. I found the pillows on the king sized bed to be much too large and too hard. I have never seen such large pillows and I have a king bed at home. I decided to try the queen pillows for the pull-out couch, but they had an odor of being unused and they didn’t work for me either. ##### Joan M.
