Covered garage for 3 cars, kitchen with all utensils and wood stove, barbecue area, games area with pool and geek, sauna for seven people, dollhouse for children. Lot of 1000 m² with plenty of space and green area only 800 meters from the historic center and 90 km from Belo Horizonte. City surrounded by waterfalls and hospitable people. CITY OF LARGEST CARNIVAL TO BE A MUST SEE.
