Theres space at the basement which we did not have to use. Our favorite part about this property outside of being dog friendly is that theres a bathroom for every room. For a bigger group, thats a big deal. We made the grill work for winter and enjoyed the hot tub. The hot tub could use more water but no big deal. Sienna was very easy to communicate with and responsive. The property is about 10 minutes to Stratton which is awesome. It had plenty of room for all of us and the 5 bathrooms were great to have. Extremely clean. We didnt use the hot tub because it was too cold but that is definitely a plus to have. It is only a few minutes from Manchester Center and close to a lot of other restaurants and shops. The ownwr reached out days in advance and was available if needed, which we didnt. We will definitely be looking to book this house in the future! It was perfect for our family of 4 (two teen boys) and dog. The weather was rainy and cold for a couple of days, but the house was cozy. The hot tub was great. And also the access the Manchester was a complete surprise to us. We didn't really know where we were going and we were pleasantly surprised to find a quaint town with shops and restaurants.
