Overlooking the mountain, the holiday apartment "Annabel" impresses guests with its fantastic views. The 30 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, a dryer, a TV as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot (additional fee) and a high chair are also available.  
  
A supermarket, pizzerias, restaurants, and a pharmacy are nearby and the Renon cable car is only 100 m from the apartment.

#### Schön renovierte Altbauwohnung mit Klimaanlage

Pros: Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung und ist schön renoviert. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr angenehm. Rückfragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Direkt neben/hinter der Wohnung befindet sich ein Coop-Supermarkt mit frei zugänglichem Parkplatz. Diesen haben wir genutzt, um Fahrräder und Gepäck ab-/auszuladen, da ansonsten sämtliche Parkplätze in der Nähe als Anwohnerparkplätze deklariert sind. Cons: Bis auf das sehr enge Ritten-Parkhaus gibt es fast ausschließlich Anwohnerparkplätze in der Nähe der Wohnung. Aber Achtung: Ca. 300 m stadtauswärts liegt an der Schlachthofstraße ein kleiner Parkplatz mit 8 oder 9 Stellplätzen.

#### Perfekte Wohnung für kurzen Städtetrip

Die Wohnung ist modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, alles ist in bestem Zustand und die Ausstattung der Kochzeile ist super (Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Kapselmaschine, Gewürze, Geschirr, Töpfe). Gute Klimaanlage, die auch im Sommer bei 35 Grad draußen gut kühlt. Die Bezeichnung Balkon ist übertrieben für 20cm Tiefe, aber zum Durchlüften zweckmäßig. Für einen mehrtägigen Städtetrip in Bozen perfekt eingerichtet und für 2 Personen sehr empfehlenswert. Da die Schlafecke offen zum Wohnraum ist, eingeschränkt auch für zusätzliche Personen (bequeme, ausklappbare Schlafcouch) zu empfehlen. Kostenpflichtige Parkplätze in der Nähe, zu Fuß 15 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof oder mit dem Bus (kostenfrei mit Gästekarte) in 5 Minuten erreichbar.
