The lovingly furnished 2-room apartment covers 58 square meters and offers a relaxing holiday for 4 people. It is located in the mezzanine floor in the center of Boltenhagen. You will be greeted by a bright living area equipped with a couch (sleeps 2) with a TV, a DVD player. From there you can enter the spacious terrace and the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, cooker with ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, electric grill and coffee machine. The bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and storage space for your holiday wardrobe. From here you can also access the sunny terrace. The bath is modern with bathtub, washing machine and towel dryer. All windows are lockable and have shutters. For the younger guests, a highchair and a cot are available in the apartment. You can park your car in the underground garage of the apartment complex. In the basement of the apartment is a wagon at your disposal.  
  
Haus Seeschwalbe is located right in the center of Boltenhagen. The beach is 90 meters away. Apartment 3 is located on the ground floor with terrace and offers enough space for 4 people.
