You will be staying in a 2-room apartment called "L'Essiccatoio" that spans across 70 square meters and two levels on the ground floor. The apartment features a bright and renovated interior with practical furnishings, completed in 2018. One room has a French bed (160 cm), while an open gallery area has a double sofa bed and another French bed (160 cm). The kitchen/living room is equipped with an oven, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, and a freezer, along with a dining table, an additional double sofa bed, and satellite TV. The living area provides access to a terrace.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment comes equipped with a shower/WC, gas heating, and wooden floors throughout. The terrace is roofed and furnished with outdoor furniture, offering a view of the lake. Additional amenities include a mosquito net, a baby cot, and free Wi-Fi internet access. One reserved parking spot is provided for your vehicle. Please note that this is a non-smoking property, and a maximum of one pet/dog is allowed.

The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests, and the bed layout is flexible, offering more sleeping options than the maximum occupancy allowed, though the limit should not be exceeded.
