It comprises: a kitchenette opening onto the living area, equipped with two electric hobs, a rotisserie, a refrigerator, and a television.  
  
Bathroom with toilet. Individual electric heating and hot water.  
  
Sleeping alcove: two bunk beds and a sofa bed for two people in the living area.  
  
Private outdoor parking within the residence.
