#### I Do NOT recommend the place. Check in process was dreadful.

They tell you check in is at 3pm, I show up at 3:30 after traveling for 16 hours and they tell me that the room won't be ready until 4:30\. A non italian speaking person (Not even English for that matter) comes to greet me and literally I wait in the room while another non Italian speaking person cleans the room with me in it. The password to the wifi was bogus, once i got on it keep on dropping every 10-15 minutes. The situation was never fixed over the 5 days I was there. There wasn't even a water bottle as a welcome into the fridge. Finally, the soaps the use are TOXIC, They gave me a horrible rush all over my body aside from smelling really chemically bad. The only good side of it was the location. The company runs several of these studios around town, they are poorly managed. I believe they do not even know how to spell CUSTOMER SERVICE
