Large and beautifully decorated one bedroom flat in elegant and quiet location, few minutes walking from historical city centre.  
  
Also available for long term rentals.

This apartment is located in a beautiful building, just off Bologna historical city centre.  
  
Recently renovated to very high standards, it offers accommodation in a quiet area, just in front of Giardini Margherita, the most beautiful park of Bologna.  
  
10 minutes walking distance to historical city centre (or just couple of minutes by bus).  
  
The flat features heating and air conditioning. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances like coffee machine, toaster, kettle.  
  
Hotel-like linens and towels are provided, as well as soap and shampoo.  
  
There is also an outdoor area, perfect for smokers or to just sit and relax at the end of the day.  
  
Free Wi-Fi available.
