Logement très bien placé, dans l'ultra centre et avec une vue sur la cour intérieure et les toits. Mauvaise insonorisation de la porte donc on entend tous les bruits de couloir !

Chambre située en plein centre de Bologne, agréable, tout confort, propriétaire très sympa qui parle le Français . Attention stationnement très difficile et la circulation interdite dans le centre le dimanche, mais nous étions en moto , donc plus facile car il y a de nombreuses place pour les 2 roues dans toutes les villes d'Italie.

This is the perfect location for a trip to explore Bologna! It is one block off of Piazza Maggiore and you can walk to most of the sites you’ll want to see. There is plenty of dining and shopping in the area. It isn’t a quiet part of town and if you are a light sleeper I recommend bringing ear plugs. I stayed in the Beatrice room and it was clean and good size for 1-2 people. There is a lift to bring you to the top floor. I didn’t meet any of the staff in person, but did communicate with Massimo via WhatsApp. Check in and out were simple and I could drop my bags early or leave them if I had needed to. Massimo also arranged for an early morning taxi to the airport for me. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Fantastic property. We had a large room with patio and view of the towers. Location cannot be beat with restaurants and bars just outside your door step. This also has a LIFT which is a biig benefit if you have luggage. Never met.or saw the owner and for some reason didnt have breakfast included in our room but no.big deal.

初めてのボローニャでレビューがいいこちらのB&Bに宿泊しました。事前に日本人の方を紹介していただきレストランの紹介などしていただき大変助かりました。バルコニーから斜塔がすぐそこに見えて本当に素敵なお部屋でした。ちょっとお部屋にトラブルがありましたが、メールで連絡したらすぐに対応していただけましたので問題ありませんでした。ただ常駐されているわけではないので、ちょっと質問したり連絡することができず、何かあれば電話するようにとのことでしたので現地の電話があれば便利だと思います。私達は通話はできない（国際電話になる）のでちょっと困りました。場所が抜群にいいのでまたボローニャ滞在の時にはお世話になりたいと思います。

シングルのお部屋でしたが、広くて、綺麗で豪華で新しく、お金を掛けて作ってらっしゃると関心しました。15時からのチェックインでしたが、早目に着いたら１時間早めて下さいました。シャワーでしたが、椅子もあり、滑り止めマットも有り、ビデには香りの良い専用の石鹸。デロンギのコーヒーマシンと電気湯沸かし器も有りました．。エレベーターから数段階段を上がるのが私には大変でしたが、また是非利用させて頂きたいと思います。

Filippo was amazingly efficient and helpful even though I never saw him! The B&B couldn't be better located. My room was very quite and the bed extremely comfortable. There was a kettle and coffee machine and the pods etc were topped up daily. Easy to find and check yourself in. It has a lift which is always a bonus!!!

Great B&B located right in the heart of Bologna, but the room was still peaceful. Great views and lovely terrace as well. Owner Filippo was really helpful and gave us useful tips about where to eat and drink. Highly recommended!

The best Location
Bologna was the most fantastic city to explore. This suite was fabulously positioned. During weekends the busy road in front turns into a pedestrian area which is great. Plenty of bars and restaurants on your doorstep. The balcony was a great place to enjoy a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night. The suite was very spacious.

Amazing. The location, the size, the terrace. The photo’s do not to this room justice. The location is right in the middle of everything, feet from the piazza maggiore, when you step outside you can see the Cathedral and the towers, the restaurants are just around the corner, great for dropping stuff off/using the restroom it’s that close. The size, this is a big the bedroom with a safe, fridge, power converter etc., the bed is a king and very comfortable more firm then soft and 4 good pillows. The bathroom is very large with a rain shower and hose with everything you need including hairdryer and such. The terrace with a spectacular view of two smaller towers and red tiled roofs, there is a covered and uncovered section, perfect place to relax. Communication with Pilippo was easy and response was fast. This is an older building with old world charm and across between a B&B and hotel, room is cleaned daily at 11am. Entrance is on the left side of the building, huge brown doors, 3rd floor and there is an elevator. We would definitely stay here again.
