"Excellent customer service. The staff was helpful and friendly. The guys from the Roof Top Restaurant at the hotel were very nice. The Manager Ulises went the extra mile. He help me locate my Suitcase because my suitcase came 24 hours. They were checking on me because I went to a 4 days excursion and stay longer. I apppreciate everything. "町の中心から緩やかな坂道を歩いて10分程ですが、ホテル目前に急な坂があります。でも、その先にあるホテルから見えるチチカカ湖や街並みに癒されること間違いなしです。ホテルは元々、コパカバーナの地主の邸宅だったらしく、家具もアンティークで、朝食を食べる部屋には暖炉があり、贅沢な時間が過ごせました。オーナーがとても親切で、もっと滞在したかったなと思いました。"

"Clean and spacious room, bathroom was clean as well but no hot shower when I used it. They have a very nice living room and dining area to chill in. There is a kitchen but cooking is not allowed. About 10-15 mins walk to the Plaza, bus terminal, and the cable car. Close to many things but feels a tiny little bit like an uphill trek."

"There are two good things about this hotel: location and hot water. The hotel is located in a good and safe location in Tupiza, and about 5-minute walking from the central bus station. It is an old hotel and inside some rooms you can smell sewage odor; however, it does have hot water in the bathroom. You can find better hotels in Tupiza with price that I paid for this hotel."

"We stayed at this property for four nights and found it very well maintained, quiet, with large rooms. They had a lovely breakfAst each morning with eggs and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was weak wi-if on the second floor. We highly recommend this facility if you are going to Sucre."

"I had arranged airport shuttle for our late arrival. When we came out with our bags there was an unmanned counter for Sun Hotel that had a sign with our name. We were instructed to call the number and the van arrived in 5 minutes. I was expecting to be greeted by someone, but this worked. It is so close to airport and great for a stopover."
