"Staff in lobby morning shift was always rude. Afternoon shift was lot better. Continental breakfast is awful and if you get there 15 min before it’s over they don’t refill so basically there will be nothing. Get there early. The floors between rooms on upper levels look a mess… breaking, cracking, pealing up, etc. they never had the gym open on time and when they’d unlock for me there were towels and paper all over, they don’t clean it often. It’s also just a small room- absolutely not a gym. Alberto was highlight of our trip. He was amazing taking us places and helping whenever he could. Floors in room were always sandy like they didn’t sweep or mop. "

"Very disappointed with the room quality. Found a cockroach on the floor near the desk in the morning. The bathroom sink has a large, deep crack connecting to the countertop, which looks poorly maintained. To top it off, the bed was quite uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the price."
