We had the place to ourselves. Pool was great, breakfast was lovely, room and bed were comfortable. Not much shower water pressure and a bit out of town, but for one night it was just fine. Best to have a car, as the are no Ubers in Izamal.

Shambalanté staff is extraordinary and wonderful. They kept track of our arrival since the airport until we got there. They explained everything, they offered us natural lemonade, pecans and natural made cookies. The place is absolutely wonderful. Breakfast is supreme.
