Could use a few more items in the kitchen, but the property was enjoyed by all. However, even though the listing mentions a dock, and I was assured during my correspondence through VRBO with somebody at the property management company that there was a dock, there was no dock. The boat parking isn't the best, only a lift and nowhere to tie a boat unless it is on the lift. Also, the canopy has pieces hanging down that need to be removed. The fish cleaning station is not far from falling in the water. The boat lift needs some work and adjusted.
