We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. We have the laundry room blocked off for personal use and there is a vehicle parked and covered in the driveway, but the rest of the home is yours! Step inside to discover a spacious interior boasting a large kitchen equipped with modern appliances, ideal for whipping up culinary delights after a day of exploration. The inviting living area provides a cozy space to unwind, complete with plush furnishings and a smart TV for entertainment. Please note that for stays exceeding 29 nights, Idaho law requires that we must obtain a lease from you before hosting your stay. Our company policy also dictates that stays exceeding 29 nights require an extra cleaning every 29 days. This will be billed at the cost of an additional cleaning fee. These extra cleanings help keep our home an enjoyable place for all renters and really help our cleaning crews at the time of checkout. Please keep these policies in mind if booking a long term stay. Any unauthorized pet will be charged $250. A late checkout fee of $30 will be charged after 15 minutes late. An additional $30 will be charged every 30 minute increment after that. For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have an external security camera located at the front door. These devices do record. There is no cable TV, but there are many apps that can be logged into. I received a message from the host that we had a pet with us. She claimed there was pet hair all over and two pee puddles and a pet treat wrapper in the garbage. We didn’t bring a pet. I asked her to go back and look at the cameras and tell me when she saw us with a pet. I never got a response. I asked Vrbo to refund my deposit or show me the proof that I had a pet. Never got tat either. This is a big vacation property company so I’m guessing they got us mixed up with another rental but the refusal to acknowledge this and provide a refund is frustrating. ##### Corrie O.
