Check out the garage converted into an epic man cave with games and a home theater built in 2024. The main level features dark hardwood floors, an expansive master bedroom, a second large bedroom, and a luxurious full bathroom with antique-style tile. The living/dining area is perfect for entertaining, and the kitchen includes everything you need for cooking, including a double oven, oversized fridge/freezer, and breakfast table for 4. The lower level offers two additional bedrooms, a mini-kitchen, and a second luxury full bathroom. The home sleeps up to 8–10 with beds of varying firmness: king in the master, queen upstairs, queen + futon downstairs, and 2 twins. Entertainment abounds with a 55" smart TV with Netflix & Disney+, a private backyard with canopy, and the man cave featuring air hockey, darts, foosball, Pac-Man arcade, popcorn popper, surround sound theater, and a giant chess board on the garage door. Upon arrival and scoping the place out, the smell of muskiness gets you right when you open the door. The man cave had beers, old pizza box and trash still left out there. A few of the dishes were dirty and there was blood on one of the pillows. No paper towels or dish towels in the kitchen. The house had a very old musky smell that we had to have the windows open and the house has locks aside from the keypad and if you lock that you are locked out of the house with no way back in as we found out and had to wait for over an hour for the maintenance guy to come over who didnt have keys for these locks either resulting in us having to pry a window open and crawling through it to get back into the house. Very frustrating. Either those locks need disabled or you need a keypad on both doors for entry or an emergency key to get you back in. ##### Alyse R.
