The condo is located near the freeway and was central to everything we needed. Condo was new, clean and well stocked. Use of one-car garage was a plus. There is no yard, but I did enjoy sitting on the patio and reading. The area is quiet and a nice neighborhood. Lots of walkers. The one thing to know is there are 16 stairs up to the bedrooms. Not a problem for us, but could be challenging for some. The bedrooms were good size and each had their own full bathroom and walk in closet.
