We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. This well established neighborhood is quiet and very friendly. Centered between downtown Boise, the foothills, Boise's largest mall, and Meridian's Village, this property is in the prime location! The whole house is yours! Welcome to your home away from home! This bright and spacious retreat is designed with comfort and connection in mind—ideal for families, friends, or groups looking to relax, gather, and make memories. The newly remodeled kitchen is fully stocked and ready for everything from quick breakfasts to big family dinners. Step outside to your HUGE yard, complete with outdoor dining furniture—perfect for barbecues, evening drinks, or simply soaking up fresh air under the stars. Primary Suite: Queen bed, full closet, walk-in shower, and a cozy design that feels like home. Bedroom 2 & 3: Spacious rooms with queen beds, full closets, and reading lamps for a restful night. Bathroom 2: Double sinks, shower/tub combo, stocked linens, and a hair dryer. We’ve stocked the home with everything you need: fresh coffee, clean towels and linens, washer/dryer, baking and cooking tools, board games, cards, and more—so you can pack light and feel right at home. Whether you’re gathering for a family trip, a friends’ getaway, or a peaceful escape, this home has everything you need for comfort, convenience, and connection. We only have one TV, in hopes that our home will bring your group closer and encourage games, adventures, and conversations. There is no cable TV, but there are many apps that can be logged into. The garage door motor is currently not working. Please note that for stays exceeding 29 nights, Idaho law requires that we must obtain a lease from you before hosting your stay. Our company policy also dictates that stays exceeding 29 nights require an extra cleaning every 29 days. This will be billed at the cost of an additional cleaning fee. These extra cleanings help keep our home an enjoyable place for all renters and really help our cleaning crews at the time of checkout. Please keep these policies in mind if booking a long term stay. Any unauthorized pet will be charged $250. A late checkout fee of $30 will be charged after 15 minutes late. Owners are very nice and quick to communicate. House was spotless, had all the basic amenities and a few others. Closet full of board games, smart tv, plenty of towels with soap and shampoo/conditioner. Huge backyard and dog bowls. Neighborhood was safe and inside of home is nicer than the neighborhood looks.
