Die Betten waren sauber, das Geschirr auch und auch die Bäder waren in Ordnung. Was aber gesagt werden muss, ist das alles schon sehr runter gekommen ist und Benutzungsspuren zeigt. Zum Beispiel ist das Treppengeländer sehr stark am wackeln, 2 Treppenstufen schon durchlaufen, Türen lassen sich schwer bzw. quietschend Öffnen oder die Fliesenfugen haben sich bereits stark verfärbt. When we asked to speak with the manager, she refused to let us do so. Overall, the service was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. That said, the hotel itself is clean and well-maintained. We really liked the sauna, the pool, and the room in general. It’s just disappointing that the hotel offers triple rooms for booking when they apparently don’t have them available."
