The room is really spacious. The staff very courteous. The kindness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as the centrality of the location with respect to universities, clubs, restaurants, shops and mall centers, certainly deserve an excellent rating. However, the rooms need a better cleaning, better windows, you can basically hear everything outside and as a consequence the rooms are quite cold. The bathroom, especially the shower, needs some improvement. Finally, I recommend adding a few more sweet options for breakfast.

This property is close to zona T. Bed wasn’t too comfortable and adjacent home had alarm going off every 30 mins which made it difficult to sleep.

El hotel esta centrico y esta muy cerca caminando de la zona T y todos los restaurantes, bares y tiendas. El hotel tiene buena limpieza y buen servicio, Muy buena relacion precio/calidad. Ya es la segunda vez que me quedo y volveria nuevamente.

Pros: - el desayuno esta bien cool. Decente en tamaño y trae fruta, proteina, embutidos tipo queso jamon, jugo de naranja y te, cafe o chocolate. - la atencion estaba bastante buena por el staff - la ubicacion en cuanto a la zona rosa esta bien ubicado y todo queda a distancia cerca caminando, desde los locales, centros comerciales y supermercados. - nosotros nos quedamos en un cuarto para 5 personas y era lo suficientemente grande aunque solo era de un baño tipo jack and jill. Cons: - el cuarto no se veia como en la foto de la pagina web. El cuarto es mas viejo en decoracion que lo que sale en internet. - nos quedamos en el cuarto para 5 personas y cada vez que limpiaban habia que ir a pedir una toalla adicional porque solo dejaban o 3 o 4 toallas. Hehehehe. - el internet en el piso 5 y en ese cuarto casi que no llegaba el internet. Bastante lento.

Awesome staff!

The staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful, our suite was spacious and confortable, and everything worked well. We had a very enjoyable stay and we gladly recommend Comfort 80 to anyone looking for accommodation in the north end.

Our suite was great! There were 4 adult family members traveling together and the room was perfect for us with two separate bedrooms and two additional beds in a more central area. The bathroom was very nice and appeared to have recently been redone. The staff was very nice and helpful. The lobby area was clean, but a little outdated. The exterior of the building in non-descript and difficult to identify. The location is very good, but the street is a little dark. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend Confort 80 Hotel to others.

Confort 80 Hotel is located just outside the hustle and bustle of busy Zona Rosa, within a few minutes walk. The staff at Confort 80 Zona Rosa does everything possible to make sure your stay is enjoyable. The Reception personnel greet you by name as you enter and exit the hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, thanks to the great Housekeeping staff. Breakfast options are delicious. Beds are comfortable. A stay at this hotel is well worth it and enjoyable!

Pleasant stay

A cute place within walking distance of a variety of little shops. No heating or air conditioning, but they have hot water, and the breakfast area is very quaint.

Did not get the room i booked for. Staff were friendly, but i was a bit surprised that that the checkin staff, and front desk staff, generally have zero english language skills, and then had trouble understanding Google translator and my broken Spainish language efforts. Seemed to be a change of management since i last stayed.
