Great hotel in Sentul City
The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Amelia. The sky bar, Vertical is superb. The chief was accommodating with my request during dinner on the 3 Aug 22.

The property and staff are all wonderful. My only complaint is when the hotel is busy, the shower temperature regulation is off. Hot to cold every few seconds, wasn’t a problem on less crowded days. Otherwise great stay

Kamar cukup baik, buffet restaurant sangat bervariasi baik pada pagi/siang dan malam. Salah satu kekurangan hanya complimentary water di ruangan sangat terbatas, dan tidak boleh minta lagi.

Fails on 2 of the 3 most important Hotel criteria
I travel for Business about 120 days of the year. The most important criteria for a Hotel are Cleanliness, the bed, the shower and then everything else in that order. The Alana Hotel was built in 2017 so it hasn't had time to build up lots of grime so i give it an ok there. The bed was terrible!! Two twin box springs shoved together with a 5cm thick mattress pad thrown over the top to simulate a king size bed. The shower Oscillated from hot to cold, fortunately it was big enough to dance in and out of the water to avoid being scalded.

The hotel is very nice but still being completed I had to walk over plastic coverings to get to room Also it is very close to a large mosque so was awoken around 4 am by the morning call to prayer and then kept awake for an hour as the sermon was broadcast So if you want a good night sleep I dont recommend

Awesome housekeeping guy, aweful terrible handyman
The drain in our shower room was clogged. I caled them and expline was going on. They sent housekeeping guy ti check it, and after that the handy man came alone. He went inside my shower room with his outside shoes. After he fixed it, he went out with his wet dirty shoes and walked all over till the almost to bedroom. When I asked him to ask the housekeeping to clean it up again, he arrogantly said to me to call the housekeeping bymyself. After a long trip, I expect it to have nice clean room with nice staff which I found it from the other staff. This hotel is managed by aston, they should managed all their staff properly .

주변 지역은 현지 로컬 식당이 많이 있고 걸을수 있는 장소도 조금 있다 호텔 옆에 예배를 드릴수 있는 큰 장소가 있어서 새벽에 잠에서 일어날수 있으나 편안하고 푹신한 침대는 잠을 편안하게 이루기에 참 좋다 주변 로컬식당이 있지만 외국이 입맛이 맞지 않는다면 호텔 내 식당에서 주문해서 먹을수 있는 치킨요리는 무척 인상 적이었다

Sangat dekat dengan pasar Ah Poong. Tapi sayang disekitar hotel tidak ada minimarket dan di area hotel tidak ada ATM center, harus ke ah poong dulu. Overall semua bagus..kebersihan, keramahan, fasilitas ok. Wifinya bagus, makanan enak. tapi sayang di web saya mendapat free breakfast untuk 3 orang, saya dengan 2 anak saa yg 11 dan 13 tahun. anak saya yg kedua harus membayar setengah. padahal tertulis breakfast free for 3 person

nice experience for big family
brand new hotel. no fitness center or spa yet. check in took so long, room was not ready until 4pm. good room, good pool, good Wi-Fi. wide variety and good appearance breakfast but no taste except bread and fruit section. ;) nice, helpful and smiling staffs.

The Alana Hotel, Bogor.
Whilst the room was very clean, the AC worked really well kept the room nice and cool, we also had a great view from our balcony. The bad is that some of the staff are lazy and can not even follow their own guidelines, my wife wanted to order room service for lunch as the booklet in the room stated 24hrs to be told by a lazy incompetent female staff member that room service is NOT available 24hrs and only from 6pm, this we found out to be incorrect by another staff member at the front desk.
