Room was cleaned ok . We had to call them to clean to our room which was wild as we stayed 5 days . The calendar of events was off so my child was disappointed. Took them 3.5 hours to bring toilet paper to our room . Even after we messaged twice . Other than that was a nice place to stay . I feel like nothing is great anymore just soso .

This isn’t a luxury hotel, it’s more like a business conference hotel. The bathroom wasn’t clean, the tub was rusty and moldy and leaked water. The toilet didn’t flush properly. The pillows were lumpy. There was a lot of street noise even though we were river side. The concierge was very friendly, unlike the front desk. I would not stay here again.
