The individually furnished apartments in the 2013 completed Villa Strandvogt have balcony, terrace or roof terrace, underfloor heating as well as beautiful bathrooms with floor-level showers. From many apartments you have a view to the sea. The elevator leads from the underground car park to the penthouse apartments. For excursions into the surroundings and many leisure activities the Villa Strandvogt is the ideal starting point - and at the same time the perfect place to retreat and to find peace and relaxation. To the apartment belongs an underground car park or a parking space directly in front of the house. In the underground garage are bicycle parking, coin-operated washing machines and dryers. Please note: Building activities in the surrounding area may cause adverse effects. 2-room apartment: Sunny, modern 2-room apartment, balcony with sea view, near the beach - two bicycles are available for free. The friendly, bright apartment is located on the second floor of Villa Strandvogt and is furnished for four persons. In the bedroom you have a boxspring bed (180x200cm), a wardrobe and a flatscreen TV. The modern living room is equipped with a cozy TV armchair and a comfortable sofa that can be pulled out to 160x200cm. Furthermore, the living room has a large HD flat screen TV, BlueRay Player, CD player and a hi-fi system. In the open kitchen and dining area you will find the high-quality, fully equipped kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and a dining table with four chairs. The spacious bathroom has a floor-level shower, a wash-basin with a wide mirror. From the balcony with north-west location you can enjoy the view of the sea. The balcony is equipped with a table and four chairs. Non-smoking, no pets. Bed linen, children's bed and high chair chargeable. Secure the claim to one of the sought-after beach chairs and book now for special conditions (EUR 7, - per day, EUR 40, - per week). Your apartment includes an underground parking space. Please note the clearance height of max. 1,90m. If the maximum clearance is exceeded, it is possible to switch to a paid parking in the immediate vicinity.
