The two terraces equipped with garden furniture invite you to linger, both at sunrise and at sunset. The apartment also has underfloor heating and a very well equipped open plan kitchen with dishwasher, oven with ceran hob, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, Tassimo, water cooker, toaster and a dining table with 4 chairs. In the cozy living area there is a sofa bed, a flatscreen TV incl. DVD and a radio. There is also a selection of games, a drying rack and a vacuum cleaner available to our guests. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a flat screen TV incl. DVD and a spacious wardrobe. In the bathroom with floor-level shower there is a washing table, a dryer and a hair dryer.
