The pool area is really nice in concept but practicality isn’t there. There were only 6 or 8 lounge chairs and a couch set, there is not enough room for people to actually use it. Because of the lack of seating we only used the pool twice(for maybe 2 hours each time) our whole stay. The road was very noisy as was the elevator noise every time it was used. The shower head was wacky which made it very hard to get a shower besides having no hot water. The positive side was the breakfast was good but you have to pay for a side of toast! Would not recommend for the price paid. We had friends who stayed on the 2nd floor which they liked better. It is close to the center of town. The rooms are big and clean, food is very good, only hotel with a pool. And the staff are very friendly and helpful. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely eager to make things right. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and well taken care of, which made all the difference. Despite the hiccup, I left with a very positive impression and would happily stay here again. The hotel is in a great location and the beach club is really nice!
