Although it’s not a five star hotel, obviously you’re not paying for one the actual people the management the owners they’re wonderful people. They’re very caring and accommodating and I appreciate that highly. I booked it for a friend of mine for one week and they were very, very nice to her.

They could do some upgrades and fixes for what they charge. Granted it was the least expensive in the area but now I know why. The rooms are antiquated and the furniture mix match. My first night the sink filled with water and didn’t drain. The toilet seat was broken and I found trash under the bed ( a bag of McDonalds food that I didn’t buy). On the positive side the cleaning crew was very nice and the maintenance man did fix the sink. I would have to say that if they don’t revamp the place I would not stay there again.

Sir you checked into your room and an hour later you requested a refund, which we told you since the room was used we could not provide a refund as for the part of switching rooms you decided since we would not refund the stay you would like an unused room which if there was an issue we would have provided a room if available the weekend you stayed was sold out, Im sorry that you were not happy with the rate, which you knew what it was since you saw the rate prior to booking, you did use and stay in the room all night. For the price it was very poor. There was no coffee pot, no refrigerator, not even any cups for water. The bathroom door was loose and wouldnt close, discarded matresses by the pool abd a cleaner entered the room before checkout while my girlfriend was in the shower. It wasnt even cheap, around $190.00 for the night.

Worse hotel in my 57 years of life
Hotel is SUPER outdated!!! Most today’s items are the cheap pillows they use. Bathroom door didn’t shut( owner said she couldn’t do anything because maintenance wasn’t there. Smelt like some died and they cleaned it up with CSI cleaner. Kept my socks on the whole time and went to bed fully dress because I was afraid of Bedbugs.

Worn out, smells mildew, AC not working. Yuk
Cheapest hotel in the area. But the filthy, late check in window frame was the 1st clue. Room smelled badly of mildew, but how does the maid clean a dingy room? It was "clean", but cracked bathroom tile, faucet cap loose, filthy lite switch, toilet cracked, no toilet paper roll holder. But quiet, only 1 smoker outside, bit of Marijuana smell. And bathtib drain blocked. Pictures won't load, shame. Comfy bed, wasn't all bad, just really worth 1/2 the $131. TV remote didn’t work. Several fixtures were without light bulbs. The front desk manager was less than friendly - asking for ID several times after it was shown and copied at check in

Hotel Liz extremely old. Beds we're clean. This place could definitely use some updating. Floors and tile were falling apart and kind of disgusting. There were no problems with checking in or checking out and the staff was very friendly.

The staff was good. The hotel was terrible. The refrigerator didnt work either did the microwave. The faucet from the bathroom leaked awful lot onto the floor and counter. This is the type of hotel that people live at. Not what we exspected. If you have a crack hotel in a near by town by you this is that place. I woke up to a homeless man peeing in front of me outside me room. By blow dryer was there BUT the wires were completely exposed and hanging out.

Sadly there is just no pride in upkeep. Everything is very dated, gross, just gets an icky feeling. And you might be able to look this over if you were not spending $140 a nite! $50 a nite hotel AT BEST!!!!!

Well as soon as I got there I was told that even though I paid for my booking that they no longer had any rooms available and immediately just put me in distress because I have my five minor children with me so after explaining that my phone was about to die and I had no other Transportation because the buses stop running and I would be stranded with my children and this was very inconvenience then after several minutes they got a room cancelled and placed me in for that one then the next morning I decided to book online with hotels.com again and I went to the front desk to let them know that I was going to stay over another night and I had already made my reservations they told me that they didn't have any space and that they would call me back so I went back to my room and I waited housekeeping came and knocked on my door asked me to go back to the front office and pay I go back to the front office to pay and the lady at the front started to charge me a late fee see for staying over another night but she didn't have any idea that I had made my reservations 7:00 that morning so once she realize this she obviously didn't charge me like she tried to there weren't any other issues other than the microwave in my room didn't work then they didn't have anyway to replace it so the food that I had bought for me and my kids to warm up went to waste
