« We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa. It’s an off the grid home, but we only had one evening where the generator was needed to juice up the battery system. Wonderful cooking kitchen, and the most beautiful view for eating. This property has the best privacy, and the best of both worlds when it comes to being right on the ocean, while also being immersed in the tropical jungle. « Tropical private paradise. Beautiful rustic bungalow right on aqua waters. We came on off season and felt like we had the island to ourselves. There are kayaks to use as well. « Firstly, thanks to Rebecca for her communication and quick responses. This unit on the water was perfect for our stay in Bocas Del toro. It was close to groceries as well as restaurants so we had everything we needed. My only issue was that the chef knife was very dull and had challenges cutting up our tuna we caught. « Writing this review to quiet some of the concerns of the previous reviewer… this rental was amazing! First, the views cannot be beat and the outdoor deck living space is just wonderful. It is the highest location in this particular spot of Basti, with amazing views and a breeze. It’s basically a very unique tropical jungle treehouse high above the town. "Hôtel avec une vue splendide. Chambre spacieuse, confortable et bien équipée. Carte du petit déjeuner diverse et savoureuse avec un bémol concernant la qualité du jus d’ananas imposé avec chaque petit déjeuner inclus avec la chambre. Toutefois, le service à table et l’accueil à la réception ne sont pas au rendez-vous. A noter, qu’il y a actuellement de gros travaux bruyants à côté de l’hôtel. En conclusion, Bambuda, qui appartient au même groupe que Palmar Beach Lodge, est un très bel hôtel mais avec un service qui n’est pas à la hauteur, tout comme son grand frère Palmar. "
