« Nous avons été très bien reçu lors de notre séjour d'une nuit dans l'hôtel. On nous a donné une chambre de catégorie supérieure à celle que nous avions réservée. La venue avec notre chien n'a posé aucun problème. Le petit-déjeuner est bien servi et très diversifié. Le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins pour nous faire plaisir. L'environnement extérieur est très plaisant avec des chaises longues et un hamac sur la terrasse au bord de la rivière. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans votre...

Deux personnalités m’ont agréablement surpris le voiturier qui parle français et qui a contribué à fluidifier l expérience. « Le parking pourtant inclus dans le tarif ne sera accessible qu'à 17 voitures sur les +200 chambres de l'hôtel. Bien évidemment aucune compensation des frais de parking en ville n’est proposé. Le personnel est rustre et non aidant, à l'exception de quelques personnes qui relèvent vraiment le niveau. Pour les groupes ou pour les personnes ayant réservé et payé les chambres avec vue, les spécificités validées en amont ne sont pas respectées. Préférez un autre hôtel de cette jolie ville. »
