"Thoughtful touches allow you to enjoy this home, inside and out. Loved the pieces of art, read one of the owners books, enjoyed the lake. If you bring your pups, know that the location isn’t great for walks, but the enclosed yard and lake make up for that. Helpful hint, bring water shoes for the lake. "

"Lovely setting on the South Shore of Hood Canal. All was as advertised with a couple of exceptions: I was told there was a blender at the home, and we never did find it. Also, for a home that can accommodate 8 adults, coffee cups were in short supply. Other than that, check in was a breeze. Large kitchen that is well appointed with dishes and glasses (except for the coffee cups!). Great deck and dock - perfect for star gazing. Parking is always a challenge off of Highway 106, but this home did have a small circular driveway. There is overflow parking available across the road. This home would be perfect for two families, as there is some separation between the main home and the "casita". "

"This is our 3rd or 4th stay here. It is just the perfect size for the two of us. Clean and tidy. I just want to sit outside and enjoy the water, and it is the perfect spot for that. I feel very comfortable there. If available, we will return again and again. "
