Charming cottage that is part of a larger estate home property. Walk to Bear’s Den and the Appalachian Hiking Trails as well as popular Bear Chase Brewery. Short drive to wineries, breweries, restaurants, and river.

The Cottage at Bluemont Escape is located in historic Loudoun County and includes a full kitchen, two bedrooms, a hot tub, and a private patio. This home sits on five acres with two other units.

Enjoy the sunset from Bear’s Den overlook just across the street, grill out, or enjoy fire pit!

The Bluemont Escape is a bright, clean, and cozy cottage and definitely exceeded our expectations. Amanda was an excellent host and communication from her was superb. We plan to book this property again as we enjoyed it so much.

Fabulous Escape
This is a charming property that would be a welcome escape anywhere, but the setting is what makes it truly magical. Lush greenery, towering trees and a beautifully landscaped yard provide the perfect backdrop to this Bluemont Escape. The house is stylishly decorated with thoughtful touches throughout. The beds were comfy and the cozy couch with ottoman were perfect for our needs. We would totally recommend this property and look forward to returning.

What a gem!
This cottage is adorable! I stayed with my teenage daughter and my mother on a Luckett’s Spring Market trip. Location was less than 20 to the Clarke County Ruritan Fairgrounds. Had dinner at More Better and stopped in to see the view at Bear Claw. Cottage is clean, quaint, and has everything you need. Would stay again and would recommend. Communication w owner was timely and informative. And she went the extra mile with a forgotten item. All around an excellent experience.

Perfect weekend
We had a lovely weekend at the cottage for my birthday! Amanda and Pete were great hosts and were very responsive. They even left us a little birthday treat and card which made the weekend even more special. The house was cute and cozy and nicely appointed. We loved the hot tub and the quick walk over to Bear Chase brewery! We would love to come back and stay again soon!

Excellent cottage, my fiancé and I loved the decor. furnishings and overall property. Amanda was very easy to communicate with and accommodating. Had a great time at Bear Chase brewery a short 5 min walk away. We’ll be back!!

Fantastic Getwaway
The property was magnificent, very cosy, great space - main BR and side BR plus living room and kitchen. Brewery right next door. And beautiful law. To sit on in the morning. Honestly, the place is way better than pictures. Highly recommend for small family or weekend getaway.
