Only 15-25 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge, Ellijay, and the Aska Adventure Area, Treeline Cabin is conveniently situated at the gateway to the Appalachian Mountains for all your outings.  
  
There's no need to venture far either, as the neighborhood offers plenty of activities for outdoor enthusiasts from fishing, swimming, canoeing, and hiking. The JT trail runs right through the cabin's backyard valley and connects with the Benton MacKaye trail, which winds through the neighborhood's lakes, creeks, and cascading waterfalls.

HOUSE RULES  
  
By confirming your booking you agree to adhere to the Rental Rules set forth in this listing.  
  
1\. Guest must sign rental agreement. Refusal to sign the rental agreement is a violation of House Rules and the host can cancel the booking without penalty.  
  
2\. All persons MUST BE 25 years of age or older to stay in this property (this does not include children accompanied by their parents).  
  
3\. This property has a MAXIMUM OF 6 HUMANS and 2 DOGS.  
  
If you bring more humans (children included) or pets than agreed upon by your reservation you will be asked to leave without a refund and/or charged an additional fee of $200 per guest or pet not listed.  
  
4\. PETS:  
  
\- Only dogs are allowed in the cabin, no other types of pets.  
  
\- Please indicate if you will be bringing a dog when you book.  
  
\- Dogs must be house trained and clean.  
  
\- Dogs must be crated if left alone in the cabin.  
  
\- Clean up after your pup.  
  
\- Use provided doggy sheets to cover furniture if allowing them on the beds/couches/chairs.  
  
\- If damage is done by a pet or extra cleaning required from hair/fur, your damage deposit will be retained. See below.  
  
\- 2 dogs max, $50 fee per dog  
  
5\. A $100 damage deposit is required.  
  
\- A temporary hold, not a charge, will be placed on your card 3 days prior to check-in date. If no damages are incurred and home is left in the order it was found & there have been no other violations of rental policy, then deposit will be refunded back within 5 days after checkout.  
  
NOTE: If expenses are incurred to repair damages, replace missing items, pay for extra cleaning or any other direct or indirect damages or violations of rental policy as a result of your stay, we reserve the right to apply the damage deposit to offset expenses and charge you for any damages that are not covered by the deposit or other coverages. Note you will be personally responsible not only for any direct damages but also for any loss of rental income and for any other indirect third party damages that result of your stay (e.g., accommodation and travel expenses of guests checking in after you in case they are delayed till repairs are done).  
  
6\. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING. Your security deposit will be forfeited, and you will incur an additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if any evidence of smoking is found in the house or on the premises.  
  
7\. Quiet time is after 10:00 pm and strictly enforced. Parties are not allowed. If you are night owls this property is not for you.  
  
8\. THREE VEHICLE maximum. There is generally no street parking available on the mountain.  
  
9\. The cabin comes stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, linens and bath towels.  
  
We also provide a basic starter pack:

\- 3 dishwashing pods  
  
\- Dishwashing liquid  
  
\- Hand soap, body wash, shampoo  
  
\- 2 kitchen trash bags, 4 small trash bags  
  
\- 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom

\- 3 coffee filters  
  
Prepare to bring or purchase incidentals such as oil, spices, condiments, firewood, etc.

10\. TRASH: There will be a $50 fee for any of the following: loose trash in the garbage cans or anywhere outside, trash bags not taken out to the cans in the bear box, garbage bags on top of the bear box or on the ground anywhere outside the bear box.  
  
11\. Maintenance is not available during your stay unless it's an emergency. If something is broken it's because the previous guest didn't tell us. If you see something, say something.  
  
12\. Owner (and any of his/her authorized representatives) is allowed to enter the home at any time if he/she suspects any actions that might breach this contract. The owner may also enter home to check A/C filters and for any other reason necessary to maintain the security and comfort of guests or property.  
  
We suggest that all members of a group renting & staying in the home read this reservation information & agreement.

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and it was absolutely wonderful! We wanted to feel like we were in the woods in a tree house, and when you're on the beautiful back porch you feel alone in the woods! We loved our time at Treeline! Would recommend to others and stay again. One thing we wished we had known was that the cabin had a dog kennel available for use, stored in one of the bedroom closets. Had a good time. Location is on a mountain, roads going up are not kept very well on the mountain. We didn't use the hot tub or fire pit, but everything we did use worked and was user friendly. (We had tried to community the prop managers before via email but never got a response.) No issues though with our stay.

#### Honeymoon hideaway

This is my first time ever renting on Verbo and I want to say that this Owner made the experience so much easier for me. I am computer challenged at times and she was there to answer any of my questions by phone and to help me through the process. I actually rented the place for my son and his new bride as a gift from his mom and dad for their wedding. They had such a good time and really enjoyed being at the cabin 5stars all day and great people to back up the beautiful Verbo house.

#### Perfect Anniversary

We spent 3 wonderful relaxing nights here. The location to blue ridge is perfect. The cabin was a great size and it had everything we needed. We really enjoyed cornhole on the deck under the lights. We did not use the hot tub but it looked very nice. We will definitely be coming back hopefully for a longer stay! Also the host was extremely helpful and a text away which was very nice.

#### Perfect cabin getaway

We spent 2 nights at this cabin and it was perfect for our needs! If you're looking for a simple, straight forward trip to the mountains to be with nature and the trees whilst having all modern amenities close by, this is it. We loved the hot tub, the spacious porch and making a cozy fire in the evening. We stayed here in February in perfect spring weather and the drive up the mountain was fine for us in a 15 year old Nissan Sentra. That being said, if you're not a confident driver and/or not used to mountain environments, I recommend trying to arrive at the cabin before nightfall and I wouldn't recommend this property in the middle of winter with icy roads. I would have been uncomfortable a few weeks earlier when it was snowing in the mountains. Other than that, we had a great time and we would absolutely come back!

#### Cozy Mountain Retreat

We have a family of 5 that stayed in a cozy cabin in Blue Ridge, Ga. We had just enough space, plus our Labrador retriever, Kobe. We cooked, had a roaring fire, and loved getting in the hot tub at night. It was a perfect retreat for us at Treeline!

#### Great Relaxing Getaway

Had a great and relaxing stay at the property! Property is as listed. Easy to get to in a vehicle that is not equipped to go off-roading. Great location! Far enough from major roads to feel secluded without being so far out that it feels like an ordeal to go to town. Beds and couches were comfy. Hot tub worked great! Would stay again.

#### Mom/Daughters Weekend

We had a delightful few days in Blue Ridge. Melody's place was perfect. Great location, nestled in the woods, clean, comfortable. Spent the days exploring Blue Ridge and surrounding areas. Shopping, hiking, lunching and then would spend our nights kicking back at the cabin. We'll be back.

Cute and cozy cabin with everything that you could need. The deck and hot tub are great and Melody was super thoughtful in supplying you with all the basic supplies you would need for a short trip. Conveniently located close to Ellijay and Blue Ridge if you want to get out and explore. Definitely would stay again!

#### Lose yourself in a little piece of paradise.

Picture of this: being surrounded by lush greenery in the woods, encountering deers as you head to the grocery store, listening to birds and the sound of relaxing breeze. Gazing at a woodpecker having fun on a tree. Having a coffee in the morning re energized by nature, or having a glass of wine on a deck during sunset. The cabin has everything that you need. The decor is super cute, and filled with thoughtful details. The bed is comfy, the kitchen has every element required to cook whatever you’d like. The treeline cabin is about 30 min drive from farms, winery, lakes and rivers. Don’t want to drive? No problem, take a trail almost from the natural backyard of cabin or follow any of the surrounding roads to bump into lakes. Not only did my husband and I fall in love with the treeline cabin, but also did our dogs— an Italian Greyhound and a Whippet. We’d love to come back hopefully soon!!

#### Fantastic cabin in the woods

#### Love this cabin

great clean cabin with easy access and parking, no stairs from parking to entry and all one floor. Beds are really comfortable and the back porch and deck are amazing. Very quiet neighborhood near the top of the mountain. Road is paved all the way until the short street the cabin is located. Have booked previously and would book again.
