It is only 3 miles from downtown Blue Ridge but feels as if you are in a world of your own. If it is adventure you seek, you can drive to downtown Blue Ridge, the Aska Adventure Area, or Lake Blue Ridge in just 5 minutes. There aren't many cabins in the area with this kind of seclusion and views that are also only a few minutes from the downtown area. You won't be disappointed. When you first step inside the cabin, your breath will be taken away by the beauty! The custom design is one of a kind. Everyone will love the modern, open layout of the kitchen and living room. The kitchen is a chef's dream, with all the amenities and beautiful custom wood cabinetry. Chasing Fireflies offers a number of comfortable places to sit and take in the breathtaking scenery and views, which includes the living room with a beautiful fireplace and a large screen TV. On the main floor, you'll find two stunning bedrooms, both of which feature King beds, TVs, and access to the deck. The master bedroom has a beautiful walk-in shower, soaking tub, and gorgeous tile work. This floor's second bedroom is connected to a walk-through bathroom that is every bit as luxurious as the master suite. We can't guarantee it, but the adorable laundry room with its washer and dryer might make you look forward to doing laundry. As you head out to the main level deck, take a seat in front of the wood-burning fireplace. There is also a small dining table and seating area where you can sit and relax while taking in the incredible mountain views. The deck also includes a barbecue grill for your use. Take the exterior stairs from the upper deck to the MASSIVE lower, screened-in entertainment deck. The stairs to the lower level deck run along the outside of the cabin. Please note that the only way to access the lower deck is by the exterior stairs on the side of the cabin. it is not accessible from inside the cabin, The downstairs deck will most likely be everyone's favorite spot! Enjoy a fire at the wood burning fireplace from the comfort of an Adirondack chair, sip a beverage at the bar area while watching your favorite show, enjoy a meal with the family, get competitive in a round of ping pong, or take a soak in the hot tub! There is also a 1/2 bathroom on this floor. As if all that wasn't enough there is also an amazing seating area outside of the lower deck area where you can sit and take in the view's day or night! There's no need to meet someone to get keys! There are 3 exterior cameras on the property. One on the front exterior and 2 on the side of the cabin. None view private areas. Please understand that we do everything we can to ensure there are no mechanical issues with any amenities during your stay. We can't control when equipment/things malfunction or break, If the fireplace, hot tub, washer, dryer, etc. malfunctions or breaks during your stay, notify us immediately and we will handle the issue as quickly as possible. The highlight for us was the expansive lower deck with the ping pong table, hot tub and fireplace.
