We were a group of 6 traveling from Atlanta during the week we normally go to the beach. Decided on a mountain trip and hoped to beat a little of the July heat. The river was the perfect spot. Home is clean and would work well for a family. Only downside we could think of is that the two chairs in the living room are uncomfortable. Be sure to bring your AWD or FWD, the drive to the home from the road is short but a bit steep. We had no problems finding it though. ##### David H.
