"We adored our stay at this property! You’re primarily paying for privacy and amenities- fires in both an indoor fireplace & an outdoor pit (with some wood to start you off), hot tub fully prepared & rearing to go, game room including PAC machine, pool table, air hockey, & more, and a GORGEOUS & fully equipped kitchen! Property has the perfect level of privacy- tucked up in the woods off of the road (up a slight & unpaved incline) and it features a PRIVATE POND! There’s even a picnic table and 2 benches by the water. This property would be perfect for a large gathering and also a great choice if bringing children. In warmer seasons, there’s even a heated above ground pool! Has large deck with grill and tons of seating. There are 3 large comfy couches for ample seating in the main area & 2 huge couches in basement, an 8 person kitchen table & plenty of seats along the island, 2 stand up showers, 2 toilets, & a separate bath, 2 refrigerators, washer & dryer (with detergent provided), multiple TVs, and plenty of parking. The owners are very thoughtful and almost everything you could need is provided! I really love how they send a list of everything included in the property so there is no guess work as to what you need to pack. They were extremely responsive and helpful during all communication. Additionally, we loved the area of the property! There are many great restaurants that are easily accessible, as well as a couple grocery stores and other sights. Excellent property! "

"We pulled into the driveway and were immediately greeted by a henhouse full of chickens happily grazing.The farmlike setting is absolutely adorable. From the welcoming breakfast of fresh, multicolored eggs, toast and hand made lemon cakes to the thoughtfully placed reminder sheets, we found the nesting place to be homey and warm.The apartment was spotlessly clean with air purifiers running to keep it allergen free.The bathroom was equipped with several shampoos and body washes and there is even a towel warmer!Gigi was very responsive to anything we had questions about and we both enjoyed our stay so much we are planning another fall visit!If you are unsure if this little slice of picono life would be a good fit for you, i say try it! You wont be disappointed."

"The property was very convenient for stores and movies. It was very comfortable and cozy. The stream in the back was delightful. It was equipped with everything we needed. I will be returning. It felt like being home."

"Communication was very good. Driveway is dirt and gravel and due to the warm weather it was muddy in spots. Both our 4 wheel drive vehicles did fine. Many updates to kitchen and well stocked. The cabin is a little dated but clean. Beds were great. Nice big eating table and comfortable living room furniture. A coat of paint on the walls would brighten up the place and replacing the shag carpeting with wood flooring would make a big improvement. Didn’t like that the cellar didn’t have a door on the main floor but it looks like there was a wood or coal stove in the basement at one time and probably heated the whole place so that would explain the open staircase. We were very comfortable with the forced hot air. Bathrooms recently upgraded and plenty of hot water. "
